A&S Competitions:

Holiday Ornamentation based on the Twelve Days of Christmas (December 25 - Jan 5 inclusive) in any medium. Judging will be based on bean count. Please feel free to email if you are unsure of your entry details. Documentation should include a minimum of what it is, when it was used, and the entrant's SCA and mundane name. Pick your favorite day out of the 12 days of Christmas and craft any sort of ornamentation depicting that day. You may use the song as inspiration or you may use any other inspiration that presents itself to you. This competition is for those 16 and older.

We are pleased to announce that we will also be hosting a Regional Craftpersons' Faire at this event! Please, plan on bringing a display of what you are working on or have recently completed and share your work! (Unable to accommodate anything using fire or running water

Youth A&S Competition

Calling all creative younglings…

If you are 15 years old or younger, there will be an A & S Competition just for you! The prize will be a $20.00 gift card.

We are looking for ornaments that represents part or all of the Christmas song “The 12 Days of Christmas”. It can be made of anything or a combination of different medium. We just ask that no uncooked or unpreserved food be used.

Judging will be by bean count. Please include your SCA and mundane names. Also, a brief description of your ornament (parents can help with the description).

So… get creative, get creating! We are looking forward to seeing your wonderful entries!

P.S. We are wanting to see the creativity and workmanship of our youth. Parents are welcome to help with the planning of the ornament. However, the workmanship should be the youth’s. This is a chance for our young ones to show off the best that they can do in the arts and sciences.
